Install the source companion
Load extensions/chatgpt-continuation from RepoTunnel’s main branch using a compatible Chromium browser’s Load unpacked control. The published v0.4.1 desktop release does not provide a separate extension asset.
Understand its narrow data scope
The documented companion stores saved conversation identifiers and bounded connection status locally. It communicates with the saved ChatGPT page and the dedicated loopback bridge, with no analytics or third-party tracking.
