Document-aware state
Navigation returns document-generation information so observations can be tied to the intended page rather than an older document.
Start with isolated browser state
RepoTunnel uses a managed Chromium-family browser runtime rather than assuming that a human’s ordinary browser tab is available to AI. Its browser profiles and tab/session state are controlled by RepoTunnel.
Use browser inspection for current DOM, screenshots for visual context, and diagnostics for console/network errors. Navigation receipts bind the observed page to the new document state.
- Discover an installed automation browser
- Start the managed session
- Open a target URL in an owned tab
- Inspect the page before clicking or typing
- Verify the result and check diagnostics when needed
Downloads and uploads
Browser uploads may select only an existing file within an approved workspace. Configured downloads are routed into RepoTunnel-owned temporary workspaces, then intentionally kept outputs may be moved into the selected project.
Do not treat a downloaded filename as proof that the file finished successfully; inspect the reported download status.
