Video Production
Maintain durable Video Projects with script, scenes, narration, subtitles, rendering and QA.
Guides follow the current project source. Check the release notes for your installed version.
Open Video and choose Projects
Use Video’s Projects view for production work and keep the intended durable Video Project selected. Analyze is the neighboring evidence-gathering view for existing media.
Treat a script, storyboard, scene generation, draft render and QA result as separate pipeline states. Check the project’s current status before repeating a stage after an interruption.
Pipeline
The canonical production pipeline is Script → Storyboard → Voice → Scenes → Assembly → QA → Export.
- Project-owned production files
- Scene-centric records
- Narration/subtitles
- Durable render jobs
- Preview and QA gates
- Asset/license provenance
Resource policy
New Video Projects default to no automatic large model/runtime downloads and paid services blocked. Managed model downloads require explicit policy plus per-request opt-in.
Create a durable Video Project
Video Production maintains project-owned script, storyboard, scene, timeline, narration, assets, previews, render jobs, QA and license records. This allows interrupted production work to resume without confusing an output file with completed QA.
The tutorial/explainer path prefers lightweight deterministic HTML/CSS/GSAP scene capture where its dependencies exist, with a native 2D fallback. Story mode has separate director and render routing.
Verify before final export
Plan the spec, script and storyboard, choose a suitable rendering method and resources, then build the scenes. Generate a low-resolution design preview, inspect representative frames and fix design issues before final rendering.
Check the final media with ffprobe and the Video Project QA report. A successful FFmpeg exit is not, by itself, proof that output resolution, timing, audio and subtitles are correct.
Resource and provenance safety
RepoTunnel does not require large local AI models or paid providers as a condition of basic production. Resource policies gate automatic installation/downloads; external assets must keep their license and source records.
